Intended use of the building or cover
Your role: owner, architect, developer, contractor, consultant, operator, or other
Owner or sponsor status: Who is backing the project?
Approximate span, footprint, or area
Target schedule or desired completion period
Budget range or funding expectation
Applicable codes or known loads, if available
Cladding expectations, such as metal, translucent, insulated, acoustic, corrosion-resistant, or other requirements
Available plans, sketches, site plans, drawings, specifications, or program documents
Site status: owned, leased, under study, or not yet selected
Funding path: funded, under approval, fundraising, grant, financing, or exploratory
