Mr. Garza Martinez holds a Civil Engineering degree and a Masters in Science with a specialization in structures. He has 25 years of experience in the field of project management and is president of Grupo PLATE, a group of companies involved in major construction projects that include hospitals, stadiums and high rise buildings throughout Mexico.
