Dr. Ferregut is a professor and chairman of the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Texas at El Paso. He is also Associate Director of the Future Aerospace Science and Technology Center for Structural Integrity of Aerospace Systems. Dr. Ferregut is recognized as an expert in structural reliability, structural damage assessment, risk analysis, expert systems and neural networks.
